Mosaic Capital Corporation Confirms August 2013 Distribution in Respect of its Preferred Securities
Calgary, Alberta CANADA, August 19, 2013 /FSC/ - Mosaic Capital Corporation (M - TSX Venture, M.PR.A - TSX Venture), ("Mosaic") is pleased to announce that the cash distribution for the month of August 2013 in respect of its preferred securities will be paid on September 16, 2013 to all holders of preferred securities of record as of August 30, 2013. The August distribution will be $0.0833 per preferred security.
For Canadian income tax purposes the monthly distribution in respect of the preferred securities is considered interest income in the hands of the recipient.
