Each Unit is comprised of two preferred securities in the capital of Mosaic (each, a "Preferred Security" and, collectively, the "Preferred Securities") and one common share in the capital of Mosaic (each, a "Common Share" and, collectively, the "Common Shares").

The Offering is being co-led by Clarus Securities Inc., Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Raymond James Ltd. and includes Mackie Research Capital Corporation, GMP Securities L.P. and National Bank Financial Inc.
