Mosaic Capital Corporation Announces Appointment of CFO
Calgary, Alberta (FSCwire) - Mosaic Capital Corporation ("Mosaic") (TSX–V Symbols: M, M.PR.A and M.WT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Allan Fowler to chief financial officer (CFO). Mr. Fowler is assuming this position from Mr. Harold Kunik who continues as president of Mosaic. In this role, Mr. Fowler will be a member of the senior management team and will oversee a variety of management functions including financial reporting, internal controls, capital structure, strategic planning and internal forecasting.

Prior to joining Mosaic, Mr. Fowler was a founder, president, chief executive officer and director of SpiderPlow Services Inc., an international specialty pipeline service provider serving the oil & gas, water, fibre optic and power industries. Prior thereto, he was vice-president with ARC Financial Corporation for seven years, a leading Calgary-based private equity company where he focused on the North American oil & gas and power sectors. Mr. Fowler has served as a director to both public and private companies as well as non-profit organizations.
