Mosaic Capital Corporation Announces Annual Shareholders' Meeting Results
Calgary, Alberta (FSCwire) - Mosaic Capital Corporation ("Mosaic") (TSX-V Symbols: M, M.PR.A and M.WT) is pleased to announce that its annual and special meeting of shareholders (AGM) was held on June 16, 2015 and that all resolutions presented for consideration were approved by the shareholders, including the election of the following individuals as directors of Mosaic: John Mackay, Harold Kunik, William H. Smith, Roger Giovanetto and Gary Bentham. In addition, Deloitte LLP was re-appointed as the auditors for Mosaic and the amended and restated securities-based compensation plan was approved. Audit committee members appointed immediately following the AGM were: Gary Bentham (Chairman), Harold Kunik and William H. Smith.
