Morgan Advanced Materials : welcomes new CEO

We are delighted to announce that Damien Caby, formerly President of the Thermal Products Division, has officially commenced his appointment as CEO of Morgan Advanced Materials. Damien joined Morgan in 2022, and has an established track record of delivering growth, and enabling innovation and transformation which complement his strong technical background. Damien succeeds former CEO Pete Raby, who held the position in Morgan for over ten years. Ian Marchant, Chair commented: "I am pleased that we have been able to appoint Damien as a successor. He brings strong leadership capabilities and international experience, having successfully led our Thermal Products business for the last two years." Please note: any content which refers to events within Morgan between 01 August 2015 and 30 June 2025 will retain former CEO Pete Raby's name.
