Morarka Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/07/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve A Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, through video conferencing ('VC'), to consider inter alia the following businesses:1. To consider, take on record & approve Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended June 30, 2026;2. To obtain de-registration from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and adopt status as 'Unregistered Type I NBFC' in compliance with the Reserve Bank of India (Non-Banking Financial Companies - Registration, Exemptions and Framework for Scale Based Regulation) Amendment Directions, 2026.The Trading Window for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives has already been closed from Wednesday, July 01, 2026 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results, which had already been intimated vide our letter (REF: MFL/2026-27/050) dated June 24, 2026.
