The company has proposed a Right Issue of upto 61,09,600 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company at an issue price of Rs. 25/- per Rights Equity Shares aggregating up to Rs. 1527.40/- Lakh on right basis to the eligible shareholders of the company in the ratio of 2 (Two) Rights Equity Share for every 1 (One) Fully Paid-up Equity Shares held by the Eligible Equity Shareholders as on the record date.
