OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATIONOn March 26, 2026, the affiliate of the company MONTEPINO LOGISTICA SOCIMI, S.A., Montepino Logística Last Mile, S.L.U. formalized a public deed of sale of a logistic warehouse located in Zaragoza, for an amount of 14.00 million euros, with a capital gain of EUR 770,000 approx. Simultaneously, the mortgage loan encumbering the asset has been cancelled.
