Montec's saw fit to operate these key changes to reflect the Company's new operational standpoint, having just acquired the remaining 49% of its subsidiary Datex Billing Services Inc. Montec intends to further engage its business plan in the next financial phase to ensure its growth. These key appointments of independents were important to efficiently meet this challenge.
As of January 31, 2009, Montec's Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Russell Flewelling, Mr. Marvin Garellek, and Mr. Oren Vered as Directors.
Mr. Flewelling is an information technology professional with over twenty five years experience in Telecommunications, Software Engineering and Systems Integration, specializing in the Telecommunications industry, with executive, line and management experience. He has the proven ability to build teams from the ground up, to create highly successful relationships, and to deliver quality results. Mr. Flewelling is experienced in delivering complex solutions to customers across a broad range of enterprises and communication service providers. He is a graduate of Georgian College of applied Engineering and Technology in Electronics Engineering Technology.
Mr. Garellek is currently the Vice President of Sales and Operations at Groupe Acces Communications Inc. where he is responsible for building the company's sales and marketing strategy as well as operational process. He has excellent knowledge of Sales & Marketing, Telecommunications (Wireline/Wireless), and Technology solutions. Mr. Garellek holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University. He serves on the Grants & Loans Committee of Youth Employment Services and is a seminar leader for Youth Employment Services as well as BizLaunch.ca
Mr. Vered is presently the President and founder of SIMphoneE, a provider of global roaming cellular services. He is a business developer with extensive experience leading and operating fast growth in competitive environments. Mr. Vered's expertise is in creating and reconstructing business divisions using cutting-edge strategic planning and business development programs. He is a graduate of Tel Aviv University with a Masters in Business Administration (Finance and International Management) and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
The Board has accepted Dr. Rosemonde Mandeville's resignation as Director of the Corporation and as Chairwoman of the Audit Committee, as of January 30, 2009, as well as the resignation of Mr. Ed Leavens as Director of the Corporation, as of January 31, 2009.
