Notice of Announcement for Selection of "Prime Market" Under the New Market Category
Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. ("TSE") today announced the list of the selection of the new market segments by the listed companies on the TSE website. This includes the announcement that Money Forward, Inc. (the "Company") has selected the "Prime Market".
The Company received the results of the initial assessment of its compliance with the listing standards in the new market segments from TSE on July 9, 2021. This confirmed that the company complied with the listing maintenance standards for the "Prime Market" in the new market segments. Based on this receipt, the Company resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on August 19, 2021 to select the "Prime Market" under the new market segmentation of TSE and filed an application for TSE on September 1, 2021.
Transition to the new market segments is planned on April 4, 2022.
