Based on the share option agreement related to 29,625,981 Series "A" MOL Ordinary shares, concluded on 26 June 2026 with UniCredit Bank GmbH, the strike price for both the call and the put options has been amended to EUR 9.90839 per share.
Based on the share option agreement related to 30,712,578 Series "A" MOL Ordinary shares, concluded on 26 June 2026 with ING Bank N.V., the strike price for both the call and the put options has been amended to EUR 10.26598 per share.
The amendment does not trigger any movement in treasury shares, MOL directly and indirectly owns 59,940,753 "A" series and 578 "C" series MOL ordinary shares.
