The Shareholders of the Company in its meeting duly held on 26th September, 2026 have approved the change in management including the appointment of M/s. Sanjeev Sharma and Associates, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company, Re-Appointment of Mr. Krishan Kumar Goyal as Chairman and Managing Director, Re-appointment of Prof. Anupama Sharma as Independent Director and Mr. Surinder Kumar as Independent Director of the Company.
