Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Company has settled and fully paid the Canara Bank as per their Sanction, OTS amount of Rs. 9.95 Crores as full and final settlement of all its Dues.The Canara Bank has issued, the No Dues Certificate dated 01.01.2025to the Company.This is to further inform that with this payment, the Company has settled and paid all the Debts of its Secured Lenders.This is for your information and records please.
