MOBOTIX announced on the 26 March 2025 that strategic investor CERTINA had acquired KONICA MINOLTAs 65% shares in MOBOTIX. The acquisition of the majority shareholding was completed on the 29 April 2025. The MOBOTIX management board will as such initiate discussions with the new majority investor after the annual general shareholder meeting taking place on 2 May 2025 .
