This is to inform you that in accordance with the SEBI(PIT)regulations 2015, for prohibitions of Trading by Insiders, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the promoters, directors, Designated persons, their immediate relatives and insiders from 01st January 2025 till 48 hrs after the declaration of un-audited financial results (both dates inclusive) for the period ending 31st December 2024.
