MK Restaurant Group Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform that the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 8/2021 held on December 22, 2021 passed the resolution of the appointment of Mrs. Yupin Thirakomen as the director in replacement of Mr. Attapon Chodchoy who passed away, according to the recommendation from the Corporate Governance, Nominating and Compensation Committee, effective from December 22, 2021 onwards. The appointed director shall have the term only as the remaining term of the replacement director.
