Mitsui Kinzoku Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that it has completed the transfer of all shares of Mitsui Kinzoku ACT Co., Ltd. to Hi-Lex Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Share Transfer"), as announced in the " Notice Concerning Changes in Consolidated Subsidiaries (Transfer of Shares) and Recording of Extraordinary Losses" dated May 13, 2025, as described below.

  2. Transfer price

    The transfer price was expected to be 11,300 million yen as of the announcement on May 13, 2025, but has been adjusted in accordance with the share transfer agreement to be 13,325 million yen.

  3. Recognition of extraordinary loss

    As of the announcement on May 13, 2025, the Company had planned to record an extraordinary loss of 19,700 million yen associated with the share transfer.
