The Committee of Independent Directors of Mitshi India Limited, at its meeting held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, considered and reviewed the open offer made by Mr. Karronn Naresh Bajaj to acquire up to 22,88,000 equity shares of the Company.The Committee has made its recommendation on the open offer in accordance with Regulation 26(7) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. The meeting commenced at 10:30 A.M. and concluded at 11:00 A.M.The Recommendations of the Committee of the Independent Directors are enclosed herewith.
