Messina (ME) - 19th September, 2025 - The Board of Directors of Misitano & Stracuzzi S.p.A., one of the main Italian business to business (B2B) operator active at international level in the creation, production and marketing of citrus essential oils mainly of natural origin and to a lesser extent in the production of citrus juice ("M&S or the "Company"), listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, held today and approved the Consolidated Interim Financial Statements as of June 30, 2025, prepared in accordance with Italian accounting standards and subject to a limited audit by KPMG.
