With reference to our letter dated July 06, 2026 regarding Intimation of cyber security incident and data loss, we wish to submit our response to your observation concerning delay in disclosure of material event, we hereby inform that due to cyber attack, complete system crashed and there was loss of critical data, company''s login credentials, passwords, records and other necessary documents stored in our electronic mails became inaccessible, preventing us from accessing the BSE Listing Center and filing the disclosure within prescribed timeline. The delay was solely due to these exceptional and unavoidable circumstances and was neither intentional nor with any intention to withhold material information.
