Minerals 260 Limited ('Minerals 260' or 'Company') advises that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') for 2024 will be held at the Westcentre, Level 1, 1260 Hay Street, West Perth WA, 6005, starting 9:00am (WST) Friday, 22 November 2024.
Further information about the AGM will be provided to shareholders in the 2024 Notice of Meeting which will be released shortly.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 the Company advises that the closing date for director nominations for consideration at the AGM is 5:00pm (WST), 3 October 2024.
In accordance with the Company's Constitution, director nominations must be received at the Company's registered office.
