Minaean International Retains First Canadian Capital Corp. for Investor Relations
Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, July 30, 2008 /FSC/ - Minaean International Corp. (MIB - TSX Venture, NJA - FWB, NJA - BSE), is pleased to announce that it has engaged First Canadian Capital Corp. (FCCC) for its investor relations services. Under the terms of the 12 month agreement, Minaean will pay FCCC $5,000 per month and grant 250,000 stock options exercisable at $0.275 per share which will vest over 12 months, subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. FCCC will assist Minaean in fostering productive and continuing dialogues with private investors, analysts, brokers and other financial professionals.
Minaean's strategic alliance partnership with India's corporate giant Tata Steel has confirmed the Company's position as a leader in Light Gauge Steel construction systems. Minaean's service and quality of Modular Retail Buildings supplied to "Shell, India" has not only been acknowledged with an award but has also secured its position as a long term supplier. Minaean's achievement in completing an order of 100 Bus Queue Shelters in 75 days for Times Media Group of India has also secured its position as a leader in street furniture business.
