MATERIAL FACT
Mills Estrutura e Serviços de Engenharia S.A. ("Company" or "Mills"), a corporation registered as issuer of category "A" securities with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission ("CVM"), in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 4 of article 157 of Law No. 6.404/76 and CVM Instruction No. 358/02, as amended, informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on August 12, 2021, the acquisition by the Company of up to 1,290 new lifting platforms was approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors, which will be delivered during 2022, which should correspond to a Capex of up to US$ 63.2 million in 2022, and will be applied to the growth, mix adjustment and renewal of part of the fleet.
