Mills announces the hiring of Technology and Digital
B3:MILS3Transformation Director
Rio de Janeiro, February 22th, 2021 - Mills Estruturas e Serviços de Engenharia S.A. (Company) informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Board of Directors approved, on this date, the election of Adriana Bianca as Mills Technology and Digital Transformation Director.
Adriana Bianca is graduated in Mathmatics with emphasis in Computing and Statistic from Universidade de SP (USP), and postgraduated in Management from FGV-SP, Kellogg and IESE Business School. Before Mills, she worked in technology leadership in multinationals such as AGFA, Henkel, BP (former British Petroleum) and BP Bunge Bioenergia, nationals and LATAM positions. Additionally, she worked as leader of Ethics & Compliance at BP between 2014 and 2019.
The criation of this new department will reinforce the IT's initiatives and projects, data mining and Digital Transformation in the Company that will support the growth and improvement initiatives in services offered to Mills customers.
