Financial Calendar for 2025
"MIG HOLDINGS S.A." ("the Company") hereby announces its Financial Calendar for 2025:
The Company will publish its annual financial report for the financial year 2024 and the announcement commenting on its annual financial results at the website of Athens Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr) and at the Company's website (www.migholdingssa.com) on Friday 28 February 2025, before the opening of the trading session of Athens Exchange, according to current legislation.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will take place on Thursday 3 April 2025. The Board of Directors intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders not to distribute any dividend for the financial year 2024, according to current legislation.
The Company will publish its semi-annual financial report for the period ending on 30.6.2025 on Thursday 31 July 2025, after the closing of the trading session of Athens Exchange.
