Summary on Results
Probe card
- Although the memory semiconductor market is slowing down, Sales of probe cards for memory were generally in line with the plan due to the orders received in the previous quarter. Demand for non-memory probe cards for in-vehicle applications continued. Overall, sales and profits increased YoY, but declined QoQ.
