TORONTO, Sept. 7 /CNW/ - Microbix Biosystems Inc. (TSX:MBX) today
announced refiling revised Management Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") for the
year ended September 30, 2005 as a result of its participation in the Ontario
Securities Commission Continuous Disclosure Review Program.
The revised MD&A includes additional discussion and analysis of the
Company's business generally, factors affecting financial performance,
enhanced selected annual financial data and selected quarterly financial data,
fourth quarter 2005 analysis, expanded discussion of future liquidity and
