Meyer Plc (the Company) wishes to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX or The Exchange), its shareholders and the investing public that the Company's Board of Directors will consider and approve the Company's Unaudited Financial accounts for the first quarter ended 31st March 2026 (2026 Q1 UFS) at its meeting scheduled to hold on Monday the 27th of April 2026.
In line with the Amended Closed Period Rules of NGX, all insiders and their connected persons are prohibited from trading (i.e. Buying, selling, transferring or otherwise dealing) in the Company's shares in view of the Closed Period which commenced from Wednesday, the 1st of April 2026, until the 24 hours after the Company's 2026 Q1 UFS are released to NGX and the general public
