Pursuant with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company will be remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial results of the company for the Financial year ending 31st March, 2026.
