** British medical products maker Smith & Nephew will buy U.S.-based Integrity Orthopaedics in a deal that could be valued at up to $450 million
** Brown & Brown-owned MGA Nexus Underwriting has acquired medical travel MGA Sure Insurance Services
** Malaysian conglomerate Sunway MYX:SUNWAY launched a takeover bid for IJM Corp MYX:IJM in an attempt to acquire the construction firm for about 11 billion ringgit ($2.71 billion).
** Low-cost airline Allegiant will acquire Sun Country Airlines in a deal valued at about $1.5 billion, including debt, the companies said on Sunday.
