According to the agreement, Nanjing Huazhongyun Management Partnership (Limited Liability Partnership) will possess 25% of JiaLiJia Group Corporation which is the main listed company under RZZN. Jialijia Group successufully merged and reorganized with Wenchuan Gas Company in Shenzhen, China,and Hunanrucheng Wenchuan Gas Company on 11/21/18, RZZN would enhance further high quality asset acquisition and project development in energy industry in the future. Based on the votes of shareholders' meeting, Dongzhi Zhang is formally appointed as chairman of RZZN board; while Benlai Zhou appointed as Supervisor of RZZN board.
