The Annual General Meeting will be held via an Online Meeting Platform without the physical presence of the Shareholders due to the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic in the country. Circular to Shareholders together with the revised Notice of Meeting will be dispatched to the shareholders today.

The proposed sale will be subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals from the Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka and Central Bank of Sri Lanka and compliance with procedural steps in the Shareholders Agreement between the shareholders of MBSLI.
