Notice Regarding Approval of Application to Change Mercari's TSE Listing
to the Prime Market Segment
Mercari, Inc. (the "Company") announces that as of today, it has received approval from Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. ("TSE") to change its listing from the Growth Market segment to the Prime Market segment, and will do so on June 7, 2022.
The Company would like to sincerely thank its shareholders and all other parties who have supported Mercari over the years, and without whom this would not have been possible.
