Méliuz S.A. (B3: CASH3 | OTCQX: MLIZY) ("Méliuz" or "Company"), informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on this date, it was informed by Mr. Israel Fernandes Salmen of the partial transfer of shares of the Company previously held by him to the vehicle TZUR Fundo de Investimento Financeiro em Ações, of which Mr. Israel Fernandes Salmen is the sole quota holder and beneficiary.
As a result of the aforementioned change, the vehicle TZUR Fundo de Investimento Financeiro em Ações now holds 15,000,000 common shares issued by the Company (CASH3), and Mr. Israel Salmen remains the holder of 1,808,410 shares in his individual capacity, with no change in the total position of the final beneficiary.
The Company was informed that this transaction is not intended to affect the control composition or the management structure of the Company, and Mr. Israel Salmen does not intend to sell any shares of the Company held in his name or through his vehicle.
