Mehta Integrated Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Sub: Intimation of meeting of Board of Directors of Mehta Integrated Finance Limited scheduled for Thursday, May 28, 2026 In terms of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regula-tions, 2015, it is hereby informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026 inter-alia to: 1. Consider &d approve Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2026 along with the Independent Auditors' Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon, after the same are reviewed by Audit Committee; and; 2.consider any other business with the permission of the chair., as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with securities of MIFL, Trading Window has been closed from Wed., April 1, 2026 & will remain closed upto 48 hours after the date of declaration of SAFR i.e. upto Saturday, 30.05.2026.
