The company has Complied with all the conditions of the allotment and related requirements for the above-mentioned plot, as stipulated by GMADA. After obtaining GMADA''s approval for the Conversion of the plot from leasehold to freehold, the conveyance deed for the plot was executed today (13th November 2024) in favor of the company as freehold property.
