The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Megachem Limited (the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries and associated companies, collectively "the Group") wishes to inform its shareholders that the Company will be releasing the unaudited financial results of the Company and the Group for the half year ended 30 June 2023 on Thursday, 10 August 2023 after trading hours.
