TORONTO, May 10 /CNW/ - Mega View Digital Entertainment Corp. ("Mega View") (TSX VENTURE:MVD) announces that Mr. Michael Lam has been appointed as Director of Mega View and will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Anthony Ng has resigned as chairman of the board of directors of Mega View. The directors and management of Mega View would like to thank Mr. Ng for his contribution to Mega View and wish him the best in his future endeavours.
Michael Lam is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) with close to 20 years of experience in a multitude of capacities. He was formerly a Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP specialising in Canadian and U.S. public companies filings. Michael has previously also served as Group Accountant at Vive Synergies Inc., a manufacturer of special telephony products and as Manager at KPMG (Mauritius). Michael originally qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant (U.K.) in 1993 and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant (U.K.) in 1996.
