With reference to the above-captioned subject, we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of Mega Corporation Limited at its meeting held today, i.e. Wednesday, 12th August, 2026, commenced at 03:00 P.M. and concluded at 04:15 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Company, inter alia, considered and approved the following matters:1. Approved and taken on record the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.2. Considered and transacted other business matters arising out of the above and incidental and ancillary to the business of the Company.The aforesaid Financial Results will be published in the newspapers in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
