NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING AND CLOSED PERIOD
This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Meezan Bank Ltd. will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. (PST) at Karachi, Pakistan, to consider and approve the audited accounts of the Bank for the year ended December 31, 2025 for declaration of any entitlement.
The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from January 29, 2026 to February 9, 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Bank in any manner during the Closed Period.
