TORONTO, June 29, 2011 /CNW/ - Medworxx Solutions Inc (the
"Company")(TSXV: MWX) announced today that Mr. Domenic Crudo is no
longer employed at Medworxx. Barry Tissenbaum, former partner at Ernst
& Young, is the acting CFO.
Mr. Tissenbaum will serve as interim CFO while the Company searches for
a permanent replacement.
Medworxx thanks Mr. Crudo for his more than five years of service to the
company.
