HALIFAX, Jan. 5 /CNW/ - MedMira Inc., ("MedMira") (TSX Venture: MIR, NASDAQ: MMIRF), a developer and marketer of rapid diagnostic technology and solutions, announced today that Stephen Sham is retiring as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Sham will step down as Chairman and will not seek re-election to the Board of Directors in the coming term.
