The share issue is carried out in two tranches, of which the first tranche has been delivered and completed. The second tranche is conditional upon approval by the general meeting and is expected to be completed by the end of July. The issue has been previously announced through a separate press release. Tranche 1 of the new share issue resulted in an increase in the number of shares in the company by 79,268,294 ordinary shares. Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 620,389,677 shares in Medivir, of which 617,939,514 ordinary shares and 2,450,163 class C-shares, which together carry 618,184,530.3 votes. One ordinary share entitles the holder to one (1) vote and one class C-share entitles the holder to one tenth (1/10) of a vote.
