MEDIA NUSANTARA CITRA Tbk ('Company') ANNOUNCEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS We hereby notify to the shareholders of the Company that the Company will hold a General Meeting of Shareholders and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ('Meeting') on Tuesday, June 26, 2018. In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 paragraph 3 letter c of the Articles of Association, the calling for the meeting will be held on Monday, June 4, 2018 through at least 1 (one) Indonesian language daily newspaper with national circulation, the website of Stock Exchange and the Company's website. Those who are entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting are shareholders whose names are registered in the Register of Shareholders of the Company on Thursday, May 31, 2018 to 04:00 PM. Each shareholder proposals will be included in the agenda of the Meeting if it meets the requirements of Article 10 paragraph 5 of the Articles of Association of the Company and must be received by the Board of Directors before Monday, May 28, 2018..
