Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuance to our previous intimations, we would like to inform you that the Company has received the New Certificate of Registration from Hon'ble Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh, Haryana, vide its order dated April 21, 2026, for shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Maharashtra to the State of Haryana pursuant to the order passed by Hon'ble Regional Director, Western Region, Mumbai, Maharashtra on March 24, 2026.
