DUSSELDORF, Germany and HAMILTON, ON, Nov. 28 /CNW/ - ThyssenKrupp, a
German-based international technology company with more than 4,000 employees
in Canada, and Dofasco Inc. announced today an agreement for ThyssenKrupp to
acquire Dofasco in a friendly, all-cash transaction.
