Release of shares from voluntary escrow

Further to the announcement made on 11 February 2016, Mc Millan Shakespeare Limited (Company) hereby advises, pursuant to ASX listing rule 3.10A, that a third tranche of 1,863,122 shares issued as part of the consideration for the acquisition of the Presidian Group will be released from voluntary escrow on 27 February 2017.
