To recommend the re-appointment of Mr. Rajendra Kumar Poddar (DIN: 00143571) as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Mr. Poddar who will turn 70 in March 2025, shall continue in his role subject to the approval of shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting AGM.
