At the 32nd Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the shareholders held on April 29th, 2026, the distribution of a dividend amounting to EUR 2.00 per dividend-bearing share was resolved for the financial year 2025. Accordingly, an amount of EUR 2.00 less 27.5% withholding tax is payable on each dividend-bearing share, unless a tax exemption from the collection of withholding tax is provided for.
