    Sacha Loiseau began his career at the National Center for Space Studies (CNES) in Toulouse, the Paris Observatory, and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena. He is a graduate of the École Polytechnique and holds a Ph.D. in Astrophysics and Space Instrumentation from Paris-Diderot University. He is the author of numerous scientific articles, is listed as an inventor on seven patents, and was the recipient of the 2018 Marius Lavet Prize.
